Before you send a message
Keep the request reference.
If a result needs review, copy its reference from the app. It helps us investigate without asking for your recording.
Check before buying again.
Restore purchases and check AI usage in Settings. Contact us if your subscription and allowance don’t match.
Quick answers
Does every recording go to the cloud?
No. Nota asks you to confirm cloud processing before uploading that recording. Supported on-device transcription and local editing are separate options.
Can I recover a deleted note?
Open Recently Deleted in Settings. Notes can be restored during the 30-day recovery period. Permanently deleted notes cannot be restored through the app.
How do I cancel an Apple subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose Nota. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s instructions.
What should I include when I contact support?
Tell us what you expected and what happened. Your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and any request reference can help. Please leave out passwords, payment details and private recordings.
